De lessen zijn gevuld met ademoefeningen, ontspanningsoefeningen en fysieke oefeningen. Een partnerles kan per stel zijn of met meerdere stellen tegelijk.<\/p><p>Een partnerles start met theorie, zodat je partner dezelfde kennis als jij heeft en vervolgens gaan we praktisch aan de slag met ademhalingstechnieken. En nee, de partner hoeft niet te zuchten of te puffen. De partner leert hoe hij\/zij jou kan begeleiden tijdens de bevalling!<\/p><p>Een partnerles duurt twee uur.
