Het is de snelst groeiende hersenziekte en helaas nog niet te genezen. Uit vele onderzoeken blijkt dat beweging en ontspanning cruciaal zijn in het vertragen van het verloop van de ziekte.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Bij de ziekte van Parkinson kun je soms het gevoel hebben dat de samenwerking tussen je brein en het lichaam niet optimaal meer verloopt. Seintjes uit je hersenen komen niet of nauwelijks aan op de juiste plek, waardoor bewegen vaak moeilijker wordt.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Met behulp van yoga word je je bewust van de verbinding tussen je hoofd en je lijf en leer je hoe je met houdingen en ontspanningsoefeningen de samenwerking weer kunt verbeteren. Je komt mentaal en fysiek beter in balans. Juist omdat er 1- op-1 begeleiding is, kan er afgestemd worden op wat er op dat moment het meest ondersteunend is (rekening houden met de on\/off-fase).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
