Laagdrempelig en gezellig!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We beginnen de les met warm lopen en rek- en strekoefeningen. Dan volgen een aantal oefeningen voor balans en co\u00f6rdinatie. Op de mat gaan we aan de slag met de buik, billen, benen, rug, schouders en armen. Een totale lichaamstraining! Zo nu en dan doen we een circuittraining, op elke plek een andere oefening. Kun je een oefening niet of niet helemaal meedoen, dan kijken we samen hoe we deze aan kunnen passen. Of je slaat het even over. Zo zijn de lessen toegankelijk voor iedereen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En als we er in de les niet aan toe zijn gekomen, dan is er na afloop tijdens een kopje thee gelegenheid om even gezellig bij te
